50% Deposit required within 10 days of booking to secure reservation.

Cancellation policy: Deposits are refundable less a $35.00 service charge only if 14 days notice is given and we are able to re-rent the cabin.

Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, Checks, Money Orders, or PayPal for our United States guests.
For guests outside of the U.S.; only checks drawn on the Citibank or Chemical Bank of New York are acceptable.

Pets are welcome if kept securely outside of cabin. A dog house is provided. A security deposit of $20.00 per pet is required along with deposit.
Absolutely NO pets are allowed inside the cabin.

Smoking is permitted in the utility room or outside only.
